The way in which the request must be carried out and its deadline is different in each municipality.

Most of the municipalities in the Balearic Islands benefit from a 50%, and in Palma, for example, the reduction is up to a 90% for six years.

Income tax deductions

ALL HOMES WITH SOLAR PANEL INSTALLATIONS CAN DEDUCT A 20% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT INVESTED IN TAXES.

It also applies to collective facilities that do not have commercial purposes. If you reduce non-renewable energy consumption by 30%, you could benefit from a 40% bonus. In addition, if you live in a community of neighbors with solar panels and the improvements affect the whole building, you can get up to a 60% bonus in tax reduction.
